It takes a little more time but layering it into the wagon, dumping it on the ground and reloading it should produce a pretty good mix.
We used to do that with a Roorda feeder wagon. Kinda slow but it worked.
At one time I had thoughts of getting another cheap old Roorda wagon, making it stationary with a long enough unloader on it to dump directly into the wagon on wheels. Put an electric motor to operate it and it could have been a pretty cheap way to mix feed.
Thankfully it never happened.

Feeding 200. Needing to have plan B for farm two that usually lives on hay rings and Loomix, but will be eating poorer quality hay and silage this winter. I feed with a 425 vertical at the home place. I have a 10' KR and a 110 chuckwagon on two wheel chasis also. If this works well enough, I may consider selling the vertical and going totally with cheaper old wagons that can be drug through mud easier. I would rather have the money towards a good tub grinder.
The only way I would own my own tub grinder is if we didn't have any custom guys. I rented a pretty new 1100 Haybuster once, had it on a 1486 and that was a long day and it end up tearing up my pto. I have a lot bigger tractors now but I can have a guy come out and grind 200 bales in 2.5 hours and pay $500 bucks.

What is a Kelley Ryan? I've never heard of that before.
