Commentaires : Worst customer service experience I take had in over 20 years in the corporate and HR world. They did not fulfill their side of implementation and then refused to refund the pre-payment for the 1st yr of service although we never used the software.

Avantages :

The pro that I could find was the the sales team was swell to work with and helped y'all sympathize the production that the had to offer.

Inconvénients :

Everything!! The implementation was a nightmare! The squad I worked with did little to nothing to help implement their product. I had to abolish before completing implementation as I had lost all confidence that this software had the support and care needed to handle an unabridged HRIS.

Commentaires : We were able to get a good grasp of our employee timekeeping, and it saved usa a lot of time processing payroll each calendar week.

Avantages :

I liked how easy it was to manage payroll. I also actually appreciated all of the resources for 60 minutes handbooks, job descriptions, functioning reviews, etc. Customer service was great, and really flexible with some of my out of the box requests. Having our employees clock in via our ipad app was handy. The mobile features were rough at first, just are coming effectually nicely.

Inconvénients :

The templates for new contractors and new hires were rather lackluster. Information technology was also a little clunky and well-nigh overly simplistic to pay contractors. Tax prep wasn't the smoothest.

Commentaires : I beloved the onboarding and sales procedure. Every person I talk with at Zenefits is pleasant and understanding. Whoever is in accuse of the software development and customer service systems should be fired. In club to get a question answered one has to submit to a complex matrix of categories and subjects. I rarely could notice the particular category that I needed. Tax Services are a joke. I just received an electronic mail on Feb xvi 2021 for a quick question that I had on May 7th of 2020. Timekeeping is accurate. The time-off request and approval process works cracking. Similar the PTO Calendar. Every task could be performed even if some were clunky.

I believe this is legal in N Carolina, where we are located, equally long as the employee receives a pay stub. Information technology would also be amazing if there were a congenital in team communication portal. We currently use GSuite to build Groups which can encompass non-Gmail email addresses, equally well as HotSchedules. It is a bit difficult to always be calculation folks' emails to then many different systems. If Zenefits could track employee reviews based on their position/wage changes, that would also be amazing! The aesthetic of the site is nice. The overall thought of employee/administrator shared duties is nice. The onboarding process is almost as efficient as I think it could be and the insurance role works pretty well with some exceptions. The multiple integrations with other software are also vast and offer many options for integration.

Inconvénients :

Does not integrate with QB Manufacturing Edition. Does not offer multiple job roles/pay rates (this keeps united states from further exploring any timekeeping or alternative payroll integration). Org chart does not allow for multiple owners/CEOs. Does not allow for tracking of certifications or training for employees. Insurance deductions aren't correct afterward 2 fixes...still waiting on support for this. There is no general alert system upon logging in, as there was on the old platform. I-9 verification does not require employees to upload enough documentation. i.e. they tin can upload a driver license and non the 2nd form of ID, so when I receive the request to verify, there is just one grade of ID there and I have to chase them downward for the 2nd. If they exercise go into Zenefits to upload some other form of ID, it is hard to navigate.

Commentaires : Very positive. I have never used an outside service for bones 60 minutes functions earlier, but was pleasantly surprised at how much work Zenefits saves me by letting employees enter their own info.

Avantages :

Easy to use - Managers can access/input/share the info they need, employees can fill out their ain info which saves Hour a lot of work. Customer Service tin be contacted easily. Reports/Info tin can be accessed easily. Reminders are emailed to you if whatsoever necessary information is missing.

Inconvénients :

I believe Zenefits does not have the ability to pay third party garnishments direct.

The pricing has been fair, the service has lived up to expectations, and almost importantly, anybody who uses it at my place of piece of work shares the same mindset, more or less. Zenefits is the perfect platform for any pocket-size to medium size business organization. I am an entrepreneur and Zenefits has immune me to manage payroll, benefits, 401k, and HR from one user friendly platform. Their customer service is astonishing, and I love the peace of listen of having at that place HR experts in my corner for whatever employee related issues. I have at present used them for about 7 years with iii dissimilar companies and I don't program on going anywhere. Did I mention they too make all your payroll taxes for you? Well, they exercise, and I love it :)

Inconvénients :

I would beloved if Zenefits would not just take deductions but have a feature to stop the deduction once the entire amount is collected. Currently I have to turn off the deduction once is met.

Avantages :

Zenefits makes payroll processing and new hire onboarding like shooting fish in a barrel. Information technology besides keeps all the employee records and eliminates need for paper.

Inconvénients :

They used to have a back up phone number where you could be continued to a live service representative. I wish they bring that feature back or perhaps an online chat/talk function where yous can connect to a live person. Many questions can be answered online or through well-prepared online learning videos or narratives and a service question/issue is ordinarily within 1 or 2 business days.

Commentaires : I was thrilled to join a company that had already implemented Zenefits, because the product is dynamic and nimble, plumbing fixtures our needs. Nosotros have been able to utilise many features, including benefits enrollment, payroll, reporting, integrations with our systems, onboarding, time and attendance and more. Whenever we've had a question we've been able to detect the answer via the trainings provided, or by reaching out to the support team. We've also been impressed with features that Zenefits rolled out related to COVID xix (like the PPP loan estimator, and Truework for health checks. It would be very painful to not have the tool - highly recommended for small and medium sized businesses.

Avantages :

Zenefits is easy to implement and to use. Our team members rarely need any aid with the product - it is clear what information technology can do and how it needs to become done. I appreciate that Zenefits allows us to integrate so many products in one spot (our ATS, learning management and performance management systems all have links back to Zenefits) and that it gets so much done for u.s.a.. During COVID-19, we've onboarded 100 new employees in a virtual only setting, and much of the ease has been due to how much work Zenefits automates for us.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes configuration of payroll or benefits can feel catchy - nonetheless, my feel with information technology has been better in Zenefits than other platforms.

Zenefits makes my job so much easier!!

Commentaires : Zenefits streamlined and Simplified our HR! As the only 60 minutes person, Zenefits allows me to back up all of our employees as if they had an entire Hour section at their disposal. The online portal streamlines my HR management and provides the employees with 24 hr admission to HR info. Zenefits provides EVERYTHING we need in i intuitive online portal... information technology handles the entire employee lifespan - from offering letters, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits assistants, and termination.

Avantages :

My favorite feature is the hiring process - it allows the employee to handle the data entry to kickoff their employee binder and upload their I-ix verification docs and all I accept to practise is cross verify the documents on their first day. And then streamlined and private - for both employee and 60 minutes.

Inconvénients :

Lilliputian to no phone support bachelor for user issues. Online live chat and electronic mail are main access to customer support. Can be frustrating when you're in a time sensitive pinch.

Going with Zenefits met our objectives and has allowed united states to grow rapidly without consuming the visitor with manual HR/Payroll/Benefits administration. Every bit with Whatever 60 minutes platform, in that location are always items yous would like to improve or change and Zenefits is e'er doing that and looking for feedback.

Inconvénients :

Customer service is slow to respond. The time card page frequently freezes upwards. In that location needs to be a way to add an additional manager. Need a disciplinary app.

Avantages :

Zenefits offers multiple HR processes in ane system in a very user-friendly format. When we consolidated payroll, on-boarding, time tracking, FSA, and benefits admin, in one organization, we saved time and paid less than what we were paying for all of the other systems combined. The ease of utilize of the system is really the special sauce though. It ensures the end-user keeps their individual information upwardly-to-date.

Inconvénients :

Client support could be meliorate. When we get-go joined we were able to pay for a premium support package merely that option is no longer available. Wait times have been long lately.

Zenefits has been great for our company!

Avantages :

Zenefits has been a keen way for a pocket-sized business, like usa, to ease into technology. It has really great and helpful tools, the cost is far less than alternative options, and their customer support is usually excellent. Information technology has helped cut down benefits paperwork tremendously, kept us ACA compliant, streamlined our hiring process, and nosotros were able to customize other areas (such every bit documents) to help united states of america runway policies & trainings. We're all the same finding ways to exist able to customize it to piece of work for our visitor. So with all of the options we use and new ways we are able to customize it, the toll continues to get down once information technology's all factored into the equation.

Inconvénients :

Zenefits is a fast moving company, so sometimes changes come fast and furious. They usually are good changes, and so that helps ease the burden. Yet, sometimes it can feel like I just learned how to use something and then it changes. Just I guess that's also just the new normal. Other than lots of changes, I actually don't have a lot of cons. When I come across problems, I contact a customer service rep and things are usually taken care of. I'm certain there are little things I would tweak here and there, but goose egg significant that would brand me not recommend using this product.

Avantages :

Zenefits was a life saver for me! Everything was done manually before Zenefits and then the corporeality of time is saved was amazing. The ease of apply is incredible and I love the reporting capabilities.

Support response tin can be slow, especially for revenue enhancement items
